Purchasing
When you submit your order, you are allowing us to use your personal details to fulfill your order. In the
event of there being a problem with your order, we will communicate with you via email, telephone or letter.
Payment
We accept credit and debit card payment via PayPal for online transaction
of the products purchased from us. You can use Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover to fund your online
payment. PayPal's Multiple Currencies feature lets you pay in U.S. Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Euros, Pounds
Sterling, and Yen. You will be asked to enter your credit or debit card details and contact information and
then you can complete the checkout process in few simple steps.
However, if you do not feel comfortable with using your credit card online, you can use the information on this
site to compose an order and then contact us by post, fax or telephone using the information on our
contact us page.
For Indian customers only we will also accept personal cheques, banker's draft or postal order in Indian Rupees
but we will not be able to start processing your order until we receive your cheque/draft and dispatch may be
subject to funds clearing.
Order Acceptance
We must receive payment of the price of the products and the delivery charges before we can accept your order.
We reserve the right to restrict the number of products you may order and to refuse any order. If you have
provided us with your email address, you will receive an email from us confirming that we have received your
order. We will notify acceptance of your order by sending an email to you stating that your order has been
accepted and dispatched. Otherwise, our acceptance of your order takes place upon delivery of the products.
Only when we have accepted your order is a binding contract created between us.
Order Amendment
Please note that once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel the order or make any amendments to the
address or items ordered.
Product Availability
The supply of products from this site is subject to availability and it is not always possible for us to inform
you at the time you place your order whether the products you want are still available for purchase. In the
event of this happening, a carefully selected alternative or a full/partial refund may be sent.
Product Delivery
Our aim is to get your order delivered within 5 working days of receipt of payment to addresses within India
and within 10 working days of receipt of payment to all other addresses.
If you give us a correct email address, we will keep you informed of production and shipping progress.
We will attempt to deliver products ordered by you to the delivery address stated on your order form. You will
not become the owner of the products until they have been delivered, at which time they will also become your
risk and we will not be liable for any subsequent damage, loss or destruction to them.
Despite all of the above shipping information, problems do occur in the postal systems we are relying on, so
please allow a little extra time than we have stated before chasing us for an update. We will endeavor to get
in touch and check your order has arrived safely anyway, but please make sure you contact us within 15 days of
your order if it has not arrived.
Product Loss
All products purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and
title for such products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Product Defect
We supply products, which are guaranteed to be durable and reliable. In the event that any product purchase
proves to be unsatisfactory in use due to defective workmanship or faulty material, you can return them to us
for a replacement.
Product Prices
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are net prices and are on ex-warehouse basis.
Sales tax and delivery charges are extra as applicable on actual products. Effective rates will vary depending
on the actual design and quantity of artwork ordered.
Our prices are set out on our website in Indian Rupees and are exclusive of Indian rated VAT. Prices
represented in other currencies are subject to daily exchange rate fluctuations and are only confirmed when
you enter the checkout through PayPal. You are responsible for the
disclosure and payment of any import duties or other taxes which apply in the country to which the products
are delivered.
Prices remain in force until we publish new prices on our website. Delivery charges apply and are displayed
during the order process.
Whilst we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, mistakes can sometimes occur. If we
discover an error in the price of products that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible and
give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable
to contact you, we will treat the order as being cancelled.
Shipping Cost
In general, shipping costs will be determined by :-
1. Whether or not an order contains a framed print or sculpture
2. The total weight of framed prints and/or sculptures
3. The destination country of the shipment
Posted Information
The only information received by us is your name, email, telephone, postal address and your choice of items.
Any information that you submit will be held in the strictest of confidence in accordance with the concerning
law. No information will be sold, used for purposes of spam or distributed to another company or individual.
Statutory Right
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed to exclude or limit any rights you may have as a
consumer to the extent that such liability and rights may not be excluded or limited under applicable statute
or law.
Legal Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders for the purchase of products from this website. You may only
place an order for products if you agree to these Terms and Conditions. By placing an order you are deemed to
have accepted these Terms and Conditions as governing your order.
Legal Validity
If any of these Terms and Conditions is unenforceable, it shall not affect the enforceability of the rest of
these Terms and Conditions.
Variation
Nothing said by our sales personnel shall amount to a variation of these Terms and Conditions or a
representation about the nature or quality of our products.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Your order and the formation of the contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Indian
law.
The Pune Courts shall have jurisdiction to hear disputes between us.
